When you recieve your panels
Panels supplied rolled must be removed from their packaging within 4 hours of receipt. Place them flat and weigh them down before fitting.
We respectfully request you check the panels immediately when delivered, any issues with damage must be photographed and emailed to info@recosurfaces.com within 48h.
We pride ourselves on our level of customer service therefore we endeavour to satisfy our customers’ needs wherever possible. However, we do request that you leave an appropriate amount of time for the panels to arrive before your intended fitting date.
FAQs
We know that when you saw our delivery charges you may have been shocked. This is understandable, as we choose to separate out the true cost of delivery from the cost of our panels, unlike other companies who build it into the product cost.
When you buy a 3m squared panel from us, a real person carefully packs it into a box and then we load it on a carrier, not our own transport as that is the most environmentally friendly thing to do. The delivery price we charge you is only what we are charged by them to take it to your door. If you order 1 panel or 3 panels the size of that box and the space it takes in their van is the same, so we get charged the same and therefore you do too.
We understand that some people might find that frustrating, but we feel being transparent is the best policy and not making margin on delivery costs or hiding them is the fair and honest thing to do.
We recommend that you request a sample before ordering. Computer screens vary in colour hence our online designs are representational.
If you do have any issues with design or colour when the panels are delivered then please report this to the above email within 24h.
Our range of Reco Metro Bevelled White and Metro Flat White Tile panels (white or grey grout), and our range of sundries are normally delivered within 5 days*
*Larger orders of 20+ panels or pallets can take longer.
Some of the design and tile panels are kept in stock but others are made to order so please allow up to 20 working days.
Bespoke cutting is available* by request for large retail and trade orders.

Our delivery service operates between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
We can’t give precise delivery times but you will receive an email or call with the allocated delivery day. If it is not appropriate, you can change the delivery day up to 48h beforehand. To do so please contact us at info@recosurfaces.com quoting your order number. Alternatively, you can get in touch via our contact page.
You’ll find your order number on the email confirmation sent to you after you processed payment on the website. If you’ve any problem finding your order number simply include your address details in your communications with us. You can contact us directly on info@recosurfaces.com or use our contact page.
You may cancel your order anytime before despatched which is typically the same day. However you may check the status of your order by calling 01205 769002.
It’s possible to return your order within 30 days of receipt of delivery, providing your panels are undamaged and the protective film has not been removed. Your return is subject to a collection fee deducted from your refund.
